Since many years Markus Fath puts his heart and soul into the topic of child protection. He considers it a task for society as a whole and one of the most important topics in general. No topic is more important and few topics are equal. 

In the year 2023 Markus Fath was in charge teaming with Lenkungsgruppe Kinderschutz AWO Kreisverband Ebersberg e.V. They developed a child protection concept (Kinderschutzkonzept). 

Core of the child protection concept is a mandatory code of conduct for the entire personnel.
